The Uterus: More Than a Reproductive Vessel

The Vulva and Clitoris: Anatomy Reclaimed

The vulva encompasses all external female genitalia: the mons pubis, labia majora (outer lips), labia minora (inner lips), clitoris, vestibule, vaginal opening (introitus), urethral opening, Bartholin's glands, and Skene's glands. There is enormous natural variation in vulvar appearance; the labia minora, in particular, vary from barely visible to several centimetres long and from symmetrical to notably asymmetrical. All of this is within normal anatomical range. Pelvic Floor Muscles: The Hidden Foundation
