Aegis Education respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a takedown notice

If you believe content on ageiseducation.online infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:
  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) of the material you want removed.
  • Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Where to send

Submit your notice through our Contact page marked "DMCA Notice." We aim to review complete notices promptly and will remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing.

Counter-notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice that identifies the material, states under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake, and includes your contact details and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, restrict or remove contributions from parties who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Good-faith notice

Please note that submitting a false or misleading notice may expose you to liability. If you are unsure whether material infringes your rights, you may wish to seek legal advice first.
